The Westchester Flames USL A team is comprised of the top talent within the youth program.  The base for this team comes from the USL A Reserve team, which is established each year in June with our highest-level team entering the fall season as seniors in high school.  It is a year-round program for youth players looking for a competitive environment to challenge themselves at the USL A league level.  It is for those that are committed and have the ambition, the desire, and the vision to always improve to reach the top.

The new season starts with the USL A League in March.  The season runs from March to July.  The team participates in a few friendlies in the late fall, allowing for the players to play their high school season.  The team also participates in College Showcase tournaments in the late fall as well.  During the fall (high school season), optional practices take place once a week to keep the team together with little conflict.  In the winter, the team trains indoors/outdoors and participates in winter competition.  The team competes in the USL A Cup in March and the USL A Nationals (if team qualifies) in December.  Both events are in Tampa, Florida.
