Westchester Flames Youth is a year-round program built for players who want to compete and develop in a high-level, demanding environment. It’s designed for those who are fully committed to their growth, with the ambition and mindset to keep improving and push toward the top of the game.

In the fall, teams compete in the EDP North Atlantic League while also attending select tournaments that provide strong competition and exposure. During the winter months, players continue their development with indoor training at Socceroof, along with winter competition to stay sharp.

As the season moves into spring, teams return to EDP North Atlantic League play and participate in additional select tournaments, as well as State Cup competition. The full club season runs through mid-June, offering a consistent pathway of training and high-level matches.

NYCS supports the administration of teams competing within the expanded North Atlantic Conference structure managed by EDP Soccer. Based on performance in league play, teams have the opportunity to earn promotion into the USYS North Atlantic Conference, providing an even higher level of competition.
